Terms & Conditions (T&C’s)

We are upfront and clear in offering our services, so the Terms and Conditions below are written in plain English to ensure they are easy to understand.


Your Non-Business Bookings with Executive Vehicle Transfers (EVT)


1. Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation (via email or text) from us.

2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods will be detailed during the booking process.
  • You will be expected to pay at the end of the journey in cash or using your card.
  • Occasionally, we may ask for payment at booking or before the journey commences. If this is requested, the booking will be confirmed once payment is made.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel the booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, there will be no charge.
  • For cancellations within 48 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full charge may apply.

4. Waiting Time

  • Waiting time is not included and will incur extra charges.

5. Luggage

  • Please let us know in advance if you have oversized or extra luggage to ensure the vehicle we assign can accommodate your luggage needs.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage during the journey.

6. Changes to Your Booking

  • Any changes to your booking, such as pick-up time or location, must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we make every effort to be punctual, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

8. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the service if a passenger’s behavior is inappropriate or deemed unsafe by the driver.

9. Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage

  • Passengers will be charged for any damage or cleaning required due to spillages, stains, or misuse of the vehicle.

10. Health and Safety

  • Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times.
  • If a child seat is required by law, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the necessary seat to comply with UK law. The driver will refuse to take any passenger if a seat is not provided.
  • No smoking or consumption of illegal substances is allowed in the vehicle.

11. Contact Information

  • If we need to contact you before or during the journey, we will use the contact details you provided during booking. Please ensure these are accurate.

By proceeding with this booking, non-business customers agree to these terms and conditions.
