- Vehicle meets all council requirements for:

- Regular vehicle inspections and maintenance records maintained.
- Council-approved vehicle testing completed as required.
2. Driver / Chauffeur Licensing
- Valid Private Hire Driver’s License from EHDC.
- Enhanced DBS check completed and maintained.

- Right to work in the UK verified.

3. Operator Licensing
- Private Hire Operator’s License from EHDC.

4. Vehicle Standards
- All vehicles maintained to executive standards.
- Regular cleaning and maintenance schedule.
- Council-approved signage and identification.
- First aid kit and safety equipment carried (including fire extinguisher).
- License plates/exemption maintained.
5. Operating Procedures
- Advanced bookings only.
- Accurate and transparent fare calculations provided.
- Professional dress code maintained.
- Customer privacy protected.

6. Record Keeping
- Journey details logged.
- Vehicle maintenance documented.
- Customer feedback maintained.
- Insurance records updated.
7. Safety & Compliance
